Nintendo Switch OLED and Metroid Dread Coming Oct 8

On October 8, the newest member of the Nintendo Switch console family is coming out. Nintendo Switch – OLED Model is an overall size similar to the Nintendo Switch console, but features a larger 7-inch OLED display with vibrant colors and high contrast. This new console gives gamers another option to play the vast and growing library of Nintendo Switch games the way they want, wherever they want.
Nintendo Switch – OLED Model console not only features a 7-inch OLED display, but also a large adjustable stand for tabletop mode, a new dock with wired LAN port (LAN cable sold separately), 64GB internal storage*, palm and advanced audio for tabletop gaming. Just like the Nintendo Switch, the Nintendo Switch – OLED Model allows gamers to play on TV and share detachable Joy-Con controllers for multiplayer fun right out of the box. And the Nintendo Switch – OLED Model can be taken with you on the go to enjoy the versatility you can play anywhere, just like both the Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch Lite.
But that’s not the only new Nintendo experience to be released this week. Metroid Dread, the next game in the Metroid series, is also coming out. Metroid Dread follows intergalactic bounty hunter Samus Aran as he lands on a new planet to investigate a mysterious arc. Metroid Dread can be enjoyed by both longtime fans and newcomers to the series alike.
